Leave the air out and do not use decorative nail polish.

Air-permeable and not too tight shoes. Disinfect shoes with sprays that kill fungi.

Change your socks every day. Avoid synthetic materials (cotton is better) to prevent a damp environment.

Wash socks and textiles that come into contact with your feet at a minimum of 60 °C, preferably 90 °C.

Always wash and dry your feet and between your toes thoroughly.
