From January 2025: New direct servicing for RUCK customers in Switzerland

From January 2025, there will be plenty of good news regarding RUCK’s service in Switzerland. The processing of all service orders will be done fully centrally at the company’s site in Neuenbürg, Baden-Württemberg. This saves time, reduces long travel distances and cuts costs. At the start of the year, the tried-and-tested RUCK returns and service portal will also launch for the Swiss market, delivering greater transparency in processing and a perfect overview of all service offerings.

Dear customers in Switzerland,
our partnership with you in our neighbouring country has developed extremely positively over the last few years. And not just in terms of sales figures. I am especially pleased to be able to welcome participants from Switzerland time and again to our training courses at the RUCK Academy. In many conversations, one urgent request has been repeatedly raised: the simplification of service processing for maintenance and repairs.

We will be incorporating this right at the start of the coming year. You can submit and manage repair and service orders round the clock via our returns and service portal. We handle parcel dispatch cost-effectively via a service provider in Switzerland. Services and repairs are performed directly in our RUCK service workshop at our headquarters in Neuenbürg. This saves costs and we can offer you especially attractive service packages. And there’s another bonus waiting for you: thanks to direct parcel dispatch from Switzerland, no customs clearance costs will fall on you in the future.

Straight to the point is better – a new service offering for Switzerland

From 2 January 2025, the time will have come then: RUCK customer service in Switzerland is breaking new ground. The previous “detour” via our service provider Hospitec will no longer be necessary.* Orders and items requiring a service or repair will go directly to RUCK. You can manage all of this yourself via the RUCK returns and service portal. Once you’ve subscribed, our Returns and Service Portal will be available to you around the clock, besides the RUCK online shop. Direct manufacturer service ensures reliability and express processing of all orders. Whether it’s a Podiatry Drill or an instrument: with our experienced service team, everything is in perfectly good hands!

*The in-home service will continue to be handled via Hospitec.

RUCK Customer Service – simple, fast and transparent

Convenient parcel delivery directly from Switzerland

From 2025, we will be dispatching your parcel orders directly from Switzerland – thanks to our partnership with a local logistics provider. This gives you full cost transparency right from the moment you place your order, enables faster processing, and no customs clearance charges will fall. You will receive a clear gross invoice, just as you would when shopping in Switzerland.
