One of the most innovative drills for professional podiatry and foot health has been forming at the RUCK Manufacturing facility in Neuenbürg in the northern Black Forest since the beginning of the year. The Nova Podiatry Drill is assembled step by step just a few steps away from the headquarters of HELLMUT RUCK GmbH - with great technical expertise, maximum precision and genuine craftsmanship.

As early as 2016, HELLMUT RUCK Manufacturing GmbH could determine to bring the assembly of high-quality treatment chairs/couches to Neuenbürg in an own manufactory. Success was not long in coming: since then, customers have not only appreciated the flexible configuration options for treatment chair/couch and work chair, but also the ‘Made in Germany’ quality.

With the relocation of table production to a new production hall in 2024, the way was clear for a unique new development - the Nova Podiatry Drill. The benefits of in-house assembly are obvious: short distances, direct quality control along with smooth coordination between development, quality assurance, procurement, logistics and production. A step with which the company will emphasise its high standards of quality, precision and efficiency.

The Nova Podiatry Drill is formed step by step by hand at twelve stations - from the hose connection to the assembled circuit board. The individual components are precisely assembled, added to or glued together. Many components can simply be plugged together - only four screws are needed to secure the housing. This not only facilitates assembly, but also service and repair: thanks to the ingenious do-it-yourself concept, components such as the hose, motor or chuck can be replaced by the user if necessary - making it both maintenance-friendly and sustainable.
