The plastic brace is put over the big toe from the inside. The broad leather flap must be located on the outside of the ball of the foot. Then put the Velcro strap around the foot and absorb it into the recess of the plastic brace. The desired correction level is achieved by tightening the Velcro strap in the opposite direction.
