Tip: Moisten the stone to reduce the formation of dust and to increase the service life. Cleaning: To do so, the diamond is held against the edge of the stone with a speed of 1,000-5,000 rpm for approx. fi ve seconds. Particles of dirt and residual chips are removed from the instrument. The cleaning procedure is completed by rinsing the instrument under water. Preparation: To re-sharpen sintered diamonds and before using them for the first time, the instrument must be drawn along the edge of the stone with a speed of 1,000 - 5,000 rpm for approx. 15 seconds.
