User profiles – individual settings for each person

When you open the menu for the first time, only one user profile appears. This user profile has the profile property ‘ADMIN’. Multiple user profiles can be helpful if several people work with the drill alternately. Each person in the practice can define their own favourites in their user profile. These favourites are only available in the respective user profile. Up to 30 user profiles can be created.

Repairs

In the rare event of a breakdown or fault, we can provide the advice and support you need. Repairs should be carried out quickly to ensure that your practice is able to continue without interruption. In order to be able to help you in a timely manner, we not only carry out repairs in our workshop, but for the large items, we can also visit your premises in person - after all, you can’t send your Treatment Chair/Couch back to us!

Maintenance service

Regular servicing protects against breakdowns! This applies to your drill - and for medical devices such as the PODOLOG NOVA 3s, regular servicing is a legal obligation in order to maintain high levels patient and practitioner safety. Regular maintenance will pay for itself twice over by extending its life. As a result, it can be used for longer and will not need to be replaced as often.All actions taken during the servicing appointment are recorded in accordance with the relevant standards.
