How do you perceive the handling and ergonomics of the files? Are there any specific design features that enhance working comfort and precision during use?
“Thanks to the extensive product range of files, every user can find the suitable file. Especially noteworthy are the rounded files, which not only optimally support the ergonomics of the nail but also provide a high level of comfort when in use. These files sit well in the hand and allow for precise application, which improves both handling and the results. The ingenious design of the files delivers both the nail and user comfort as the top priorities during use.”
What were the key factors and considerations taken into account when developing the product range, and why did it turn out exactly as it is now?
“When developing the product range, the focus was primarily on two key factors: the quality of the products and the creation of a consistent range. Product quality was, of course, the crucial factor, as we wanted to ensure that our customers receive only high-quality items that meet their requirements and expectations. Yet it was important to us to develop a product range that covers all relevant areas. Then a wide selection of products was to be ensured that offers our customers the optimum solution across all categories. These considerations led to the current structure of the product range, which is both well-balanced in terms of content and of the highest quality.”
With regard to the durability and resistance to disinfection of the files – how has the product range performed following repeated use and cleaning?
“We are aware that files are often regarded as single-use products. Nevertheless, when developing the product range, we ensured that the files are suitable for sustainable use. They can be easily cleaned with disinfectants, ensuring that they stay hygienic after each use and can be reused. This means that customers can easily bring the files with them to their next appointment. This durability and resistance to disinfection help to ensure that the files are a good choice from both a convenient and a sustainability perspective.”
Has the visual distinction between the different files played a practical role for you?
“Yes, the visual distinction between the different files definitely plays a practical role. Particularly nowadays, when many clients have expanded their range of services to include both hand and podiatry as well as nail modelling, it is important that each area of application is furnished with the appropriate equipment. The different colours of the files help to ensure a clear separation between these areas. This is especially evident when it comes to the different grit sizes of the files. For natural nails, it is advisable to work with finer-grit files, whilst coarser-grit files are generally used for nail extensions. This clear visual differentiation makes the work easier and helps to improve organisation.”
