BRUCK has been specialising in foot care and solving foot problems for three generations. Yet, effective and innovative pressure-relief products have been a key part of our product range, enjoying widespread approval amongst podiatrists and foot care professionals. Thanks to pressure relief, cushioning and protection, our pressure protection products can not only prevent conditions from worsening, but also alleviate pain and inflammation. All products have been extensively tested and meet the requirements for medical devices. Only hypoallergenic base materials are used, and continuous quality controls are carried out.
When it comes to pressure relief, we focus on the most common problems affecting many patients. Whether it’s corns, hammer toes, claw toes, bunions, heel spurs, forefoot pain, cracked skin or blisters – for each of these problems, we provide not only expert advice but also tailor-made solutions.

RUCK basic – All-purpose protection

RUCK smartgel – protective care
This thermoplastic polymer gel is extremely soft and multipurpose. 100% medical grade, hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested and antifungal. It is ideal for moulding to the body thanks to heat, releases mineral oil and vitamins, and maintains the skin. It can be washed by hand and is so that it is reusable.
Triple-tested:
- smartgel aloe vera: An innovative oil-based polymer gel that sets medicinal mineral oils (aloe vera) free
- smartgel aloe vera +: An innovative oil-based polymer gel that sets medicinal mineral oils (aloe vera) and vitamins, combined with shea butter. Especially suitable for extremely dry and rough skin
- smartgel shock absorber: Absorbs impacts and shear forces; they are suitable for protecting sensitive bony prominences
RUCK silicon – Long-lasting protection
The medical-grade silicone used offers crucial benefits, as it is resistant to most chemicals and therefore withstands disinfectants.
Silicone is more gas-permeable than other plastics and absorbs hardly any moisture. RUCK silicon products meet the highest standards regarding the absence of harmful substances and skin compatibility (toxicological report: completely safe).

RUCK orthoses – top-of-the-range orthoses
Two-part orthotics available in three hardness grades enable the production of dimensionally stable silicone orthoses with high viscosity and a smooth surface. Produced without harsh solvents, the different hardness grades can be combined to create a super-soft inner surface and a firm outer surface. The moisturising properties reduce friction and shear forces. Also suitable as an impression material for plaster models. Convenient and suitable for all skin types, MPG-certified and recognised as a medical device.
