Product description

Two-part orthotics of highest elasticity, extremely tear-resistant, also easy to work with support material (rinki, foam materials), moisturising properties, practically non-irritating (none zinc oxides), permanently elastic, all degrees of hardness can be combined with each other. Supersoft is extremely soft and suitable as an inner liner or in cases of particular pressure sensitivity. Shore hardness after a curing time of 24 hours: 5 (+/-1).

Why is the previous RUCK Orthosen form compound no longer available?

The previous formulation was filled by an external manufacturer. This company no longer wishes to meet the requirements of the MDR in future. As RUCK wants to continue to provide these products responsibly as a medical device in accordance with the MDR, the system was redesigned and checked in extensive testing. The aim was to transfer the proven product properties reliably to the new system and to improve the application further. The added value: three clearly distinguishable colours, five reproducible degrees of hardness and a simplified mixing concept. True to the motto: if RUCK gets involved, it has to get better. Innovation in detail.

The new system makes production clearer and more reproducible. Three form compounds cover five degrees of hardness. The colour blends show directly which degree of hardness has been produced, and the mixing table card supports safe dosing in everyday practice.
