Dispenser systems for hygienic disinfection
In the hygiene-sensitive day-to-day running of a practice, regular hand disinfection is a key priority. This makes it all the more important that disinfection is carried out with as little contact as possible. Dispenser systems for disinfectants provide contactless sensor control or a low-contact lever function for this purpose. We provide modern dispenser systems from our own RUCK brand along with brands such as Bode, ECOLAB, Saraya and Schülke.
How do dispenser systems work?
Hand disinfection is one of the most important actions for infection prevention, particularly in areas with a high range of pathogens. Dispenser systems will emphasise this aspect by further enhancing overall hygiene thanks to automated operation.
Instead of touching potentially contaminated outer packaging of disinfectants, operation is via sensors or an arm lever. In both cases, the dispenser system dispenses a pre-measured amount of disinfectant. The dispensing volume can be configured in several stages on most systems. Refilling is carried out either by replacing the bottle with a single-use container or by refilling an integrated tank.
You receive dispenser systems for medical and practice use
Depending on your requirements, you receive dispenser systems in various designs. These include:
- Freestanding hand sanitiser station: Featuring a motion-activated sensor and a mobile stand at a user-friendly height, the station provides flexible positioning and contactless sanitisation. Refilling is carried out via a refillable tank or a bottle-changing system.
- Wall-mounted dispenser: Wall-mounted dispenser systems can be operated via a sensor, arm lever or dosing pump, depending on the type. A freestanding application is also possible in some cases. Selected models provide an emergency lever should the automatic operation fail.
- Overhead wall dispensers: As an especially user-friendly dispenser system, overhead wall dispensers use sensor technology for contactless disinfection. The dosage is usually configurable in most cases.
What do dispenser systems include?
In our RUCK online shop, you will find a wide range of dispenser systems using high quality materials such as stylish plastic, high-quality aluminium or powder-coated metal from sustainable production. The systems are practical thanks to hygienic, easy-to-clean surfaces and, depending on the model, provide an integrated drip tray to collect any excess sanitiser.
How are dispenser systems mounted?
Thanks to their robust base, freestanding systems can be positioned flexibly without the need for drilling or screws. Then they are ideal for well-visible placement in entrance and waiting areas. Wall-mounted dispensers are usually fixed using screws or adhesive.
Which dispenser system provides the best hygiene performance?
Contactless dispensers with sensor technology offer the highest possible overall hygiene among all dispenser systems. Light sensors dispense the product as soon as you hold your hand under the dispenser. Unlike low-contact lever or pump systems, no contact with the dispenser is required apart from when replacing the bottle or refilling.
Cleaning and refilling the dispenser system
Even with low-contact sanitising, regular hygienic cleaning is essential. Cleaning and a service are quickly carried out thanks to smooth, partly antibacterial surfaces using professional surface disinfection. Dispensers are in most cases dishwasher-safe or, in the case of stainless steel and aluminium, may also be autoclavable.
Refilling the dispenser system
Refilling is in most cases a matter of a few quick steps thanks to standardised bottle sizes, single-use containers or refill tanks. Depending on the system, you can open and reseal the housing for a service, cleaning or refilling using a clip, cap or key.
Convenient dispenser systems for RUCK disinfectants
In our RUCK online shop, you will find both freestanding dispenser stations such as our Sensor hand sanitiser station, when used with high-quality wall-mounted dispensers such as our Aluminium Wall Dispenser PLUS. The available operating mechanisms range from touchless dispensing to low-contact operation via an arm lever or pressure pump. We also provide essential accessories such as various dispensing aids or signal frames for improved visibility. Discover our range of dispenser systems from our own high-quality brand, along with systems and accessories from our private label partners such as Bode, Hartmann, ECOLAB, Saraya and Schülke.
Convenient accessories for dispenser systems
As soon as the disinfectant in the dispenser system is replaced, it is standard practice to clean or replace the pump as well. Various possibilities exist for this. If you have pump bottles made of stainless steel or disinfectable plastic, these can be easily reprocessed for reuse in accordance with the relevant guidelines. Disposable plastic pumps, on the other hand, provide the benefit of absolute hygiene. Thanks to disposing of used pumps, the chain of contamination is broken and reprocessing costs are eliminated.
