Healthy and efficient working in the mobile everyday life

Are you already working healthily and efficiently?

Healthy and efficient working practices are the basis for a successful daily work life. An ergonomic sitting position – upright, shoulders relaxed, head only slightly inclined – not only ensures less physical strain, but also supports a smooth workflow. Especially in mobile practice, optimum organisation helps you save important time and perform treatments efficiently. The RUCK mobilsystem makes daily work life easier thanks to a well-thought-out overall concept.

Optimum use of space – efficient working

A movement radius of two by two metres is considered to be the optimum size when it comes to minimising health risks and ensuring a smooth workflow. If work materials such as instruments, drills and consumables are placed within easy reach within this area, unnecessary walking can be avoided. Instead, a structured arrangement ensures that each treatment runs smoothly and without wasting time.

Everything in its place – with the solid Trolley

With the solid Trolley and the suitable accessory bags, you always have quick access to all consumables and instruments and can organise the system entirely according to your needs. With the solid Trolley, mobile working is taken to a new level. Your range of movement is noticeably increased, which allows you to work better – you've never had it so good.

Three ergonomic reach zones

According to the ‘Small Ergonomic Data Collection’ of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, every workplace can be furnished in an optimum manner thanks to the observation of defined movement zones. This also results in the three ergonomic reach zones that characterise the area within which you can reach all work areas and materials without difficulty and without twisting your body.

The first area within easy reach describes direct access, i.e. the area located directly in front of you, roughly at the height of the belly button. Ideally, the seated position should be upright and allow for working close to the body with relaxed shoulders.

The second reach zone, the extended work centre, includes everything that you can easily reach without having to bend over. All instruments and materials that are used frequently can be perfectly placed in this area. You should be able to reach all objects well with your forearm at an angle.

The third reachable area is within arm's reach and can be grasped and operated with one hand. Care products or items that are only needed rarely are typically placed here.

The right equipment for a 2-metre radius

The new RUCK mobilsystem has been specially developed to combine ergonomic working with time efficiency. With the solid trolley, all access routes are identical to those of practice equipment, making mobile working just as convenient. Well-thought-out solutions such as system boxes and trays ensure that all work materials are safely stored and easily accessible. This not only enables a healthy daily work life, but also fast, organised working – for seamless execution in every treatment situation.
