Sitting on a saddle is considered a very back-friendly method even if one is not interested in horse-riding. This is due to the large angle between upper body and thighs. In normal chairs, this angle is 90°, saddle-style chairs offer angles up to 135°. This results in significantly less strain on the intervertebral discs in the lumbar spine. Choose your gas spring height. The stools are designed as assembly kits.
