Returns or Reporting of issues

Do you need to return something to us? You can do so online – it couldn’t be easier. If the goods are in their original packaging, Simply complete the online form and receive a return label. Place this on your RUCK parcel and send it back to us.
If you need to report an issue, such as a missing, damaged or incorrect item, you can also provide the details in our online form and submit them to us.

In both cases, we will deal with your request and keep you up-to-date.

Repairs or Maintenance service

If you have a Treatment Chair/Couch, Drill, Magnifying Lamp, Instrument, or other equipment/furniture, we know you rely on it to be fully functional and ready for use every day. That’s why RUCK offers comprehensive after-sales support from a dedicated team of technicians and advisors. As a result, you can enjoy the products you have purchased for a long time. We will take care of a regular maintenance service or a quick repair whenever you need it.

For the service or repair of drills, we provide the possibility for customers in the UK to have direct access to our technical expertise in Germany. You can experience our award-winning customer service and receive genuine spare parts during the work, which is carried out by highly trained technicians in our state-of-the-art workshop. You can be assured of reliable and smooth processing thanks to our expert after-sales support team, for your all-round peace of mind. Your item will be collected quickly and returned to our workshop, which is certified to the ISO 13485 Quality Management System for Medical Devices. Everything is handled online - we take care of the whole process so that you can focus on your work and you can even request a loan drill for the period that your drill is absent - ensuring no disruption to your daily practice.

Repairs

Of course, servicing at the recommended intervals will provide protection against the need for most unexpected repairs, however in the rare event of a breakdown or fault, we can provide the advice and support you need. Repairs should be carried out quickly to ensure that your practice is able to continue without interruption.

In order to be able to help you in a timely manner, we not only carry out repairs in our workshop, but for the large items, we can also visit your premises in person - after all, you can’t send your Treatment Chair/Couch back to us!

Maintenance service

Regular servicing protects against breakdowns! Most of us are already aware of it from owning a car: adhering to the specified servicing intervals is crucial for a long operating life and protects against most unexpected repairs. The same applies to your drill - and for medical devices such as the PODOLOG NOVA 3s, regular servicing is a legal obligation in order to maintain high levels patient and practitioner safety. Regular maintenance will pay for itself twice over by extending its life. As a result, it can be used for longer and will not need to be replaced as often.

All actions taken during the servicing appointment are recorded in accordance with the relevant standards. Maintenance servicing is provided by RUCK in our workshop or at your premises depending on the nature of the product.

Recommended: If necessary

Included:
