Display, On/Off Key, Info-Menu

A bright, high-contrast DFSTN display shows the current settings such as speed, direction of rotation, suction level and status information. The on/off key on the front panel allows convenient operation, while important information regarding the filter or the next service can be viewed at a glance within the info menu.

Housing, handpiece, suction tube, control knob

The housing of the PODOLOG NOVA 3s is made of impact-proof ABS plastic, which is fully sealed and easy to clean. The handpiece is ergonomic to use and the internal design is optimised for maximum airflow and therefore even more suction. The magnetic control knob for precise speed control can be easily removed for easy cleaning of the glass panel. The highly flexible suction tube offers maximum freedom of movement so you can be where you need to be without hindrance.

Direction of rotation, memory function, suction level

Changing the direction of rotation without interruption is no problem. The memory function, with which all settings currently shown on the display can be saved three times, is highly intuitive. It is also very easy to increase or decrease the suction level at the touch of a button.

Filter bag change, service reminder

Changing the filter bag is simple to do via the front-opening drawer. When the filter bag reaches total capacity, the drill reminds you to replace it, ensuring optimum dust retention at all times. You are also reminded when the drill requires its next service by the symbol that appears in the display.

Spare replacement chuck included

In case there is a problem with the chuck and it needs to be returned, there is a spare replacement included with every PODOLOG NOVA 3s as standard. It it is very simple to exchange yourself - so you can continue working seamlessly without interruption to your clinic.

Activated carbon filter

The RUCK filter bag filtration system has been further developed and now contains an activated carbon layer to neutralise unpleasant odours. Extremely high capacity and reliable fine dust retention are the outstanding features of these filter bags.

Perfect aerodynamics

Perfect aerodynamics is provided by the specially designed “inner workings” of the handpiece. The precisely calculated design of the front area avoids tear-off edges, which would lead to higher noise levels, and creates a “Venturi effect” similar to an aircraft turbine, to significantly accelerate the airflow.

Suction efficiency

Efficiency in the PODOLOG NOVA 3s means the best possible performance with the lowest possible energy consumption. It extracts up to 280 litres of air per minute whilst consuming just 64 W of power - and at the same time it stays as quiet as a whisper, which is important for maintaining calm in your clinic during treatments.

Clear, modern design

Thanks to its modern design, which focuses on the essentials, the PODOLOG NOVA 3s is already at its best on the outside. The white housing offers an attractive glass front for optimum operation, display visibility and easy cleaning.

Simple and convenient operation

The unit is operated via a touch screen with a bright, high-contrast and scratch-resistant OLED display. This makes it easy to call up important menu functions and set the suction power.

Configuration and adjustment of speed and suction power

The PODOLOG NOVA 3s allows you to precisely configure the speed via the aluminium control knob on the right side of the housing. You can use this to smoothly adjust the rotational power depending on the application. The magnetic control knob can even be removed for cleaning. The suction power can be adjusted using the plus and minus buttons to the left of the display.

Clear display menu

The display offers intelligent operation with the M1, M2 and M3 keys for faster selection. With these, 3 memory settings for pre-configured turning power and suction can be selected directly and in a time-saving manner. The arrow keys for forward and reverse switching are in turn used to change the milling cutter direction as required. The main menu can be called up with the "i" key. Here you will find important status information on changing the filter and other menu functions.

Thorough cleaning and disinfection

Cleaning the Podiatry Drill is extremely easy thanks to the groove-free, scratch-resistant glass display along with the removable control knob. All surfaces can be cleaned and disinfected effortlessly.

Quick filter change

The filters with activated charcoal layer can be replaced in a few easy steps. The filter is changed via the filter drawer at the bottom of the housing. The old filter is pulled down and the new filter is clamped in place. Thanks to the patented suction technology, sanding residues are removed directly into the filter bag via the suction hose.

Ergonomic handpiece

The application of the PODOLOG NOVA 3s is extremely comfortable thanks to the small, light and ergonomically shaped handpiece. The cutter can be changed comfortably thanks to an efficient interchangeable chuck. The ergonomics allow different working postures such as the upper grip posture for surfaces or the spring holder posture for finer work.

Highly soft working performance

Another benefit of the innovative extraction technology is the soft application of the drill. Depending on the attachment, the removal rate is not only mild and efficient, but the noise level is also comfortably quiet during long applications.

Highly powerful suction
