As a company operating in the marketplace, we assume the responsibility for our employees and the resources we use every day. Not letting this responsibility get lost in day-to-day business is a matter close to our hearts and one that we are happy to focus on. At RUCK, we believe in the compatibility of people, nature and economic performance. Step by step, we are taking the path to greater sustainability and putting emphasis on the importance of working together, which for us includes not shying away from socio-political issues - but rather acting in a fair manner.

At RUCK, people’s stories come together - each person brings their own personal situation to work and it is because of this that we listen to individual concerns and recognise work-life balance as a key issue. We support and encourage this social change towards more flexibility at work. Reducing environmental impact

Preserving and protecting our environment is a key pillar of our corporate philosophy. That is why we address many issues with sustainable solutions: A solar energy generation system on our roof constantly converts energy from the sun into electricity. We heat our buildings with eco-friendly heat pumps and send parcels within Germany exclusively with “GOGREEN” from DHL. We only use FSC-certified crumple paper as the packing material in our parcels, and we also use environmentally friendly materials for our product packaging. All our promotional and marketing materials are printed on sustainable forestry certified paper. Local and regional partners are given preference in consultations to avoid uneccessary pollution during transport. The crowning glory of the company’s efforts to reduce impact on the environment is our NATRUE-certified foot care brand peclavus, which proves that natural formulations are not only sustainable, but also really effective.
